Fom Frustration to Finding What Truly Works

Hi lovely, I’m Nicole, founder of The Sculpt Method. Like many women, I struggled with my weight for most of my life. I never truly felt comfortable in my own skin, and I spent years jumping between diets, intense workouts, restriction and guilt. I tried every trend, every “quick fix,” and pushed myself so hard that exercise felt like punishment instead of something that supported me.But none of it worked long term.

I felt tired, bloated, overwhelmed and constantly searching for the next thing that might finally make me feel good in my body.

Everything changed when I shifted my focus from doing more to doing what actually works with the female body , especially after having my two children, Joey and Elle. I began to understand hormones, stress, metabolism and consistency in a way I never had before.

I learned that we don’t need hours of workouts or strict diets.

We just need the right structure, the right habits, and a method that supports our hormones, mindset and lifestyle.

The Sculpt Method: A Simple, Sustainable Way to Lasting Results

The Sculpt Method was born from this realisation,  a simple, sustainable approach built on mindful movement, balance and small daily habits that create big results.
 

As a Personal Trainer for over 15 years, I’ve guided women through the same transformation I created for myself. Through real-life experience, research and trial and error, I developed a simple method that helped me lose 30kg across two pregnancies and keep it off.
 

Now at 38, I move less than ever before, yet I stay lean, strong and energised all year round because I finally understand what actually works for women’s bodies, hormones and metabolism.
